Work package number 2: DISSEMINATION

PRODUCTS 

The aim of this work package (WP) is to ensure that the project, its results, products and deliverables are known by and made available to all target groups. The following tasks will be developed in the context of WP2:

  • Identification of target groups through a quantitative and qualitative analysis. Groups will be segmented based on their informative needs on the core WPs and addressed topics. Target groups are broadly stratified as follows: Institutions (EU and non EU institutions, national and regional policy makers); Professionals (national and international professional societies, single professionals working in coordination, procurement or transplantation); Final users (patients associations and general public).
  • A specific dissemination and communication strategy and planfor its implementation during the Joint Action (JA) execution and beyond. This will include the publication policy, a list of events relevant for communication, and a list of tools for implementing the strategy. The following activities will be part of this plan:
    • Layman brochures, including a layman version of the final report for disseminating the final results and lessons learnt to all identified stakeholders
    • Project Newsletters for disseminating and informing on the JA core WPs progress and with a scientific approach
    • A project website
    • A final dissemination event of the project
    • A link with the WHO and the Council of Europe to ensure that the results of the project are made available to countries outside the European Union.
  • A sustainability and implementation plan per each participating country to assure the sustainability and transferability of the JA results. Each associated partner will be requested to draft a plan during the development of the JA.
